HTTUM File Generator download

Finacle by Infosys is one of the most popular CBS softwares at recent time. Many banks are using this software to meet their daily business needs. The current version of Finacle i.e Finacle 10 has gained immense popularity among new age bankers due to its flexibility and simplicity. Transaction of money is one of the core operations of any bank. Transfer of funds to different accounts by entering data each time manually on computer sometimes creates tremendous pressure on a banker, specially when a huge chunk of accounts has to be handled by the employees. Such condition becomes more pathetic in those branches where number of staff is not adequate.

To make such situation a bit simpler, Finacle 10 has come up with a menu named HTTUM where we can handle the fund transferring operation quite easily. In HTTUM menu, a specially formatted text file, containing all accounts details, has to be uploaded. If everything is ok, the transactions will be successfully executed and the report will be generated in HPR menu. So use of HTTUM menu is handy but creation of that specially formatted text file is a trick as account numbers of different banks are different. The digit of the bank account numbers varies from 10 to 16 in Finacle CBS due to which the creation of HTTUM acceptable text file becomes difficult.

To simplify the creation of HTTUM acceptable file, the team of Cash Tally One have developed an application. This application is a macro based Microsoft Excel sheet in *.xlsm format. This specially designed excel sheet will generate the required *.txt file according to the given data. We have developed 7 such excel sheets for 10-digit to 16-digit account numbers and one ultimate master excel sheet that supports all account numbers having 10 to 16-digits. End users are requested to download the matched one according to their needs.

Pre-requirements before start using HTTUM File Generators
  1. The user should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and VBA Macro based Microsoft Excel.
  2. He or she should also aware of the use of Macro based VB application.
  3. He or she must be a Finacle 10 user.
  4. The user must read and accept the EULA (End User License Agreement) before downloading and start using the HTTUM File Generator.

Standard Operating Procedure of the HTTUM sheet

1. Account numbers should be 10 to 16-digit long with numeric or alpha-numeric value only.

2. SOL ID should be 4 to 8-digit long.

3. D represents debit and C represents credit. Do not use any other alphabets.

4. Maximum length of amount should not cross 12 digits. (including the decimal point)

5. Particulars field should not cross 20 characters.

4.Limited Use Policy of Cash Tally One (Free)

The free version of Cash Tally One windows application i.e. Cash Tally One Free is available to use for free of cost but with some limitations. Currently, this free version has the expiration date of August 1st, 2023 that means after this date the downloaded copy of yours will not work and you can’t login even after entering the right password. That time you should either buy the full version of the application or use the next free version of it which we shall or may renew for next one year or more/less. If you wish to use the next free version, your saved data of old Cash Tally One Free may be or may not be restored. We cannot take any responsibility of your old saved data. Besides this many features like auto save function in tally section (Home Panel) and more space for denomination calculations (In-Out Panel) are absent in the free version of Cash Tally One application.

5.Limited to use in India only

CashTallyOne, the PC Application is made to use in India only. Currency denominations used in this application may not be the same in other countries. So it is advisable to the users from other countries that they should not use this application. The users can contact us for further development of this application that will compatible for their own respective countries’ currency denomination. In case if the users from other countries face any kind of financial loss due to the usage of this application, the loss will be his or her or their own responsibilities. IN ANY WAY CASHTALLYONE WINDOWS APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT TEAM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THAT LOSS.

6.Limited Warranty

CashTallyOne.com offers a limited warranty provided after the delivery of CashTallyOne Windows application. This limited warranty includes:
Support over phone or email or WhatsApp or All these three (which are mentioned on our webpage) is provided on an “AS AVAILABLE” basis during the contract period of the usage of this application agreed by the End User.
The free version of CashTallyOne Windows application does not guarantee any kind of support over phone or email or WhatsApp or All these three.
After the expiration of the contract period, the end user will not eligible to get support by any mean. CashTallyOne development team has the right to remove the end user after or even before the contract period of getting support over phone or email or WhatsApp or All these three.
No written document will be provided of the contract.
CashTallyOne.COM ALSO DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES regardless of prior knowledge to any persons particular use of the product. No representative of CashTallyOne.com is authorized to modify or promise additional warranties.
