Extending validity of CashTallyOne free of cost

As we promised at the beginning of this project that the free version of Cash Tally One windows application will always remain free. We shall extend the validity of this version time to time without any extra cost. But for that you have to follow our website and our Facebook and YouTube pages regularly. With some easy steps you can extend the validity of your copy without any hassle.

CashTallyOne (Free) comes with a validity of one year. After that the application will not work. On 1st of August each year the validity of CashTallyOne (Free) expires. But you need not to worry as we publish the validity extender file every year* and before the application reaches its expiration date. You just need to follow our website, download the validity extender file and increase the validity of your copy for another one year. This process is completely free of cost and you need not to pay a single rupee for that.

So how can I extend the validity of CashTallyOne (Free ) for next one year or more?
  • Download the Validity Extender v 1.21 file and keep it handy. The name of the downloaded file is “cstousr.db”.
  • Now run the CashTallyOne application. It will ask for the password. Enter your current password and click on the Login button.
  • If the trial period has been over, you will no longer enter further and a message as “Trial period has expired*** ” will be shown on the top panel of the application.
  • Now come to the bottom part of the interface. There you will find a button as “Open Validity Extender”. Click on it.
  • It will ask for the Validity Extender file by opening the file explorer. Now select the recently downloaded validity extender named as “cstousr.db” or just “cstousr”.
  • After selecting it, click on the red VALIDATE button.
  • If everything is done correctly. a success message will appear and your validity will be extended to upcoming August 1.

N.B. If you have already changed the default password before, it will be replaced with 1234. Please login with this password and then change again.

2.Interpretation

In this EULA

  • (a) “we” means the development team of CashTallyOne windows application, The owner of the cashtallyone.com website (and “us” and “our” should be construed accordingly);
  • (b) “you” means our end user, customer or prospective customer under this agreement (and “your” should be construed accordingly);
  • (c) “software programs”, “windows application”, “CashTallyOne application” means those software programs that are available for purchase or free to use as Trial version (or Free version) on our website; and
  • (d) “your software programs”, “your copy”, ”your version” means any such software programs that you have purchased or downloaded through our website (including any enhanced or upgraded version of the software programs that we may make available to you from time to time).
3.Limited Use Policy

This application provided by CashTallyOne.com THE OWNER of this application and the website, may be downloaded for your personal or company or organizational use only. You may download copies and make archival copies of this application. You may also distribute the Free version of this application within India but you cannot distribute the Professional Version and Enterprise Version of the application. All three versions of this application may NOT be sold, redistributed, or uploaded to the internet for distribution.
Do not remove, replace or alter any logo, copyright information, trademark, disclaimer or Terms of Use from any part of this application. The Professional Version and Enterprise Version of the CashTallyOne Windows application are limited to use on a single Windows OS based machine only.

4.Limited Use Policy of Cash Tally One (Free)

The free version of Cash Tally One windows application i.e. Cash Tally One Free is available to use for free of cost but with some limitations. Currently, this free version has the expiration date of August 1st, 2023 that means after this date the downloaded copy of yours will not work and you can’t login even after entering the right password. That time you should either buy the full version of the application or use the next free version of it which we shall or may renew for next one year or more/less. If you wish to use the next free version, your saved data of old Cash Tally One Free may be or may not be restored. We cannot take any responsibility of your old saved data. Besides this many features like auto save function in tally section (Home Panel) and more space for denomination calculations (In-Out Panel) are absent in the free version of Cash Tally One application.

5.Limited to use in India only

CashTallyOne, the PC Application is made to use in India only. Currency denominations used in this application may not be the same in other countries. So it is advisable to the users from other countries that they should not use this application. The users can contact us for further development of this application that will compatible for their own respective countries’ currency denomination. In case if the users from other countries face any kind of financial loss due to the usage of this application, the loss will be his or her or their own responsibilities. IN ANY WAY CASHTALLYONE WINDOWS APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT TEAM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THAT LOSS.

6.Limited Warranty

CashTallyOne.com offers a limited warranty provided after the delivery of CashTallyOne Windows application. This limited warranty includes:
Support over phone or email or WhatsApp or All these three (which are mentioned on our webpage) is provided on an “AS AVAILABLE” basis during the contract period of the usage of this application agreed by the End User.
The free version of CashTallyOne Windows application does not guarantee any kind of support over phone or email or WhatsApp or All these three.
After the expiration of the contract period, the end user will not eligible to get support by any mean. CashTallyOne development team has the right to remove the end user after or even before the contract period of getting support over phone or email or WhatsApp or All these three.
No written document will be provided of the contract.
CashTallyOne.COM ALSO DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES regardless of prior knowledge to any persons particular use of the product. No representative of CashTallyOne.com is authorized to modify or promise additional warranties.

7.Limitation of Liability

CASHTALLYONE.COM AND ITS OWNER AND ANYONE OF CASHTALLYONE WINDOWS APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT TEAM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DAMAGES, SAVINGS LOST, OR OTHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT LOSS OR DAMAGES AS A RESULT FROM USING OUR SOFTWARE PROGRAMS OR THE INABILITY TO CORRECTLY USE OUR PRODUCTS (EVEN UNDER ADVISEMENT OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES). WE ALSO DENY ANY LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY MISTAKES OR NEGLIGENCE WHEN DEVELOPING THIS SOFTWARE PROGRAM. THE PERSON (OR THE END USER) USING THIS SOFTWARE PROGRAM BEARS ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISKS FOR THE ACCURATE USE AND QUALITY OF RESULT PRODUCED FROM USING THIS SOFTWARE PROGRAM. CASHTALLYONE.COM AND ITS OWNER AND ANYONE OF CASHTALLYONE WINDOWS APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT TEAM ALSO TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY IN SUCH CASE WHERE YOU OR END USER LOST THE DATA THAT HAD COLLECTED AND STORED BY USING THIS APPLICATION BY THE END USER.
